ORDERING:
You may order Lady Bug Dolls by mail, fax or phone. When ordering by mail or fax, please make sure you have enclosed your name, address and phone number. Also, state the size, color and doll name, if listed. Fax orders should be sent to 408-744-1088. We will gladly take phone orders at 925-518-5155. Any other information, questions, etc.....please call or email: aquilla@ladybugdollcreations.com. Orders are normally filled by inventory on hand, however, special requests will be considered with a 50% deposit. Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery. Keep in mind the doll body and face will be as ordered, however, outfits will differ somewhat. We cannot take special orders for costuming.

LAY-AWAY PLAN:
Customers can place a doll in Layaway with a deposit of 1/3 of the cost of the doll plus shipping. The balance must be made in up to two (2) additional payments of 1/3 of the cost each within the next 45 days. If the customer fails to complete the purchase within the allotted 45 days there will be a restocking fee charged at 20% of the sales price which will be deducted from the first payment. The balance of the first payment will be forwarded to the customer within 20 days.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. Our default shipping for all dolls is Federal Express Ground/Home Delivery. Shipping within the continental U.S.: Dolls 19" or smaller - $8.00; 20"or larger $10.00. USPS Priority Mail, please add $1.50 per doll

SATISFACTION:
If not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will promptly respond.

RETURNS:
Should you receive an item not ordered, defective in any manner, or an item you are not happy with, we will make full adjustments to your account at no charge to you. However, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt and before returning the item so we can assign an authorization number. Any items returned without an RTA or through no error on our part will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We gladly accept check, money order and certified check - US funds only. Sorry, no C.O.D.
